Paul not only speaks to and motivates change among audiences of all sizes but also employs specific tools and methods to support and accelerate change toward safer, healthier cultures.
During his business career as co-owner of Cormana Inc., Paul advised and assisted the CEOs and senior management of some of Canada’s largest national and international business organizations in communicating profound cultural change to their workforces. His efforts were aimed internally at creating momentum for focusing on the future and employee engagement, participation in and ownership of the change they were going through.
Externally, he helped some of Canada’s leading organization report on their plans and actions at annual shareholder meetings and other events, such as public launches.
Following his son Sean’s passing and using this experience, Paul ultimately created an evidence-backed, culture change engagement process to turn around workplaces to achieve new standards of respectful and safe work cultures staged over a four month period. When the final stage of the process is completed, the organization possesses the knowledge, tools and measurement capabilities to support, reinforce and continuously improve its culture from that point forward.
